Hypertufa? Concrete Planter Class
This class is for adults and being held at Back Door Pottery.
Bryan Jordan the president of Mosaic Brain is also an artist.
He not only sculpts with concrete and clay he also teaches
graphic design and design applications in Adobe software:
Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash and more.
This class will come back in the spring for you outdoor garden. Also look for the totem class in Hypertufa! The class will be held at Back Door Pottery on St John Avenue in the Old Northeast neighborhood.
Simple T-Shirt Stenciling
Stop buying expensive designer shirts. Create you own using a little imagination and some household supplies. Wolfgang will demonstrate how to draw, cut and use a stencil to create you new favorite T. Bring a blank colored T-Shirt to class.
Make a Felted Winter Hat
Keep your noggin warm with a one-of-a-kind felted, recycled wool sweater hat. Wolfgang will show you a DIY version of wool felting in the first class. In the 2nd class, you'll sew and adorn your hat to make it out-of-this-world for you or someone you cherish! Bring an old 100% wool sweater.
Imaginative Mosaic Frames
What to do with that really cool picture of you for Grandma? Put it in a one-of-a-kind Mosaic Frame. Embellish a wooden frams with tiles and recycled ceramics. Bring a dish to break. Learn to imagine, detail, set and grout your creation.
Bryan and Wolfgang are inter-diciplinary artists who co-founded Mosaic Brain.
Mosaic Brain is working on creating various computer based classes using the Adobe software. Classes in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash and then some fun Apple software classes creating stop animation, and videography.
We look for your support for these classes to help us make a difference with the youth of the Historic Northeast Neighborhood. These classes will be held in the River Market at River City Solutions.
