Artists make up a large part of Mosaic Brain. Without art and bringing art to the kids in after school programs, adjudicated youth, intergenerational programs then Mosaic Brain would not exist.

Wolfgang Bucher — Executive Director of Mosaic Brain is an incredible artist. He has perfected the art of developing programs for the situation that kids may be in. Kids in lockdown facilities or at events and festivals. His knowledge of working with ideas and bringing them to the table makes a huge difference in Mosaic Brains needs.

Dawin Arevalo — Artist and graduate of the Kansas City Arts Institue. Darwin is amazing of conceptualizing and working with kids of all ages from 5 to 15. His ability to start a project and bring kids into the project allowing them to add to what ever he starts but making the project theirs. Giving them ownership and acceptance of the work created.

Christine Perotta-Baker — Artist and elementary school teacher. Congratulations Christine for your new school in North Kansas City.

Nathan Baker — Artist and elementary school teacher. Congratulations Nathan for your new position at Don Bosco Elementary School.

Bryan Jordan — Artist, Adjunct Professor at Avila University and Trainer of graphic design applications at River City Solutions. Bryan in his busy schedule not only works with kids in Mosaic Brain but this year has gone back to teaching craft skills in Communiversity classes. If you missed his Hypertufa Concrete Planter class, keep an eye out on the fall schedule and on our web site. Also look for his Communiversity classes that are for all ages.
